Meetable ("we", "our", or "the app") is a group scheduling app that helps friends, coworkers, and communities find the best time to meet. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Meetable:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo (provided via Sign in with Apple or manually).
• Crew data: Crew names, member lists, and invite codes you create or join.
• Availability data: Time slots and free-text availability you submit during scheduling sessions.
• Device tokens: Push notification tokens to send you session updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide and improve the app's functionality:

• Authenticate your account and display your profile to crew members.
• Run the scheduling algorithm to find overlapping availability.
• Send push notifications about session updates.
• Sync your data across devices via Firebase.

3. Third-Party Services

Meetable uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, and push notifications. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign In: For secure authentication. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase security rules, and authentication-gated access to all data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. When you delete your account:

• Your user profile and avatar are permanently deleted.
• Your Firebase Authentication record is removed.
• Crew memberships you held remain as historical data for other members.

6. Children's Privacy

Meetable is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for push notifications via device settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
